WHAT: Savoring history and cuisine of Lazio (as we do on our scheduled tour in the region) on a hands-on Roman cooking class in Boston featuring University of Massachusetts Boston Professor of Italian Studies Vetri Nathan and Chef-Instructor Angelo Guida
