Together with thirteen of our closest friends, we shared fresh Italian foods, great wine, and lots of stories. We made bruschetta, home made ravioli, beef stew, and apple crisp. It was very special and will likely remain one the most memorable events for all that shared.”

“Cristiano organized a cooking class at the BCAE in Boston. Alessandro and Elisa, the wonderful people from Agriturismo Il Molinello Siena taught us how to make pasta, biscotti and other authentic recipes of Tuscany. The class was so much fun, especially dipping the biscotti in the Vin Santo they brought all the way from Italy. I still can’t believe they got it through customs. I hope some day to travel to Italy on one of his tours.”

Cristiano and his colleague chef Angelo prepared a wonderful four course Italian dinner for a group of us at our home. They brought the food, suberb wines, cooked, served and cleaned. It was great fun and every aspect of the dinner was excellent – molto buono! And making the evening even more enjoyable Cristiano and Angelo are warm engaging guys with a wide knowledge of Italian food and wine that they are happy "to share.”
